Job Summary
Intermediate Enterprise Imaging Administrator responsible for 24x7 PACS support to radiology and cardiology imaging departments, on-call support, and collaboration across departments to optimize imaging documentation workflows. Performs troubleshooting and maintenance of PACS applications and hardware, supports imaging projects, and acts as an IT resource between clinical staff, radiologists, cardiologists, and vendors. Requires knowledge of multiple imaging solutions and experience in a clinical informatics environment; ITIL-aligned service management, data integrity, and vendor coordination are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a customer service position (preferred)
- 3+ years’ healthcare or IT experience (Required)
- Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) preferred
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) preferred
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T.-CERT) preferred
- ARRT-CT preferred
- R.T.(MR)ARRT preferred
- Associate degree Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- Knowledge of AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Imaging Solutions required
- EPIC Clinical Systems preferred
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of imaging systems and PACS hardware and software
- ITIL framework knowledge
