Job Summary
Manage complex desktop support, troubleshooting, and hardware/software management tasks with advanced knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux. Perform detailed diagnostics, system upgrades, and configurations while maintaining IT security standards. Work independently to resolve technical issues for end-users and other departments, leveraging strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams. This 8-month contract requires an intermediate-level engineer with proven experience in system administration and networking.
