Job Summary
Intermediate Designer at an architectural, engineering, and construction firm in Coppell, TX. Responsible for developing SD and DD level drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, producing accurate construction documents and technical narratives, and coordinating within client BIM models while maintaining model integrity. Supports field investigations and building envelope assessments and works within design-development workflows. Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of professional experience with advanced Revit proficiency and strong AutoCAD drafting skills. BIM coordination, parametric families, and model coordination experience are required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of professional experience with 4000+ production hours preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong AutoCAD drafting skills
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, parametric families, and model coordination
