Job Summary
PSA Vault Intermediate Customer Care Representative provides world-class customer support across phone, email, live chat, social media, and message boards for the PSA Vault and related teams. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, informing customers about services and policies, processing orders and memberships, following up on questions and complaints, and supporting outbound campaigns. The role requires 3+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a contact center), excellent English communication, and the ability to work onsite five days a week at the Santa Ana, CA headquarters. Familiarity with Google Docs, Salesforce, DialPad, and Slack is preferred. The position emphasizes high-quality care, confidentiality, and collaboration within the team, with opportunities to participate in trade shows and represent the company in customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos; ability to write correspondence
- Excellent oral communication; ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally
- Willingness to work onsite at Santa Ana, CA five days per week
- Experience with Google Docs, Salesforce, DialPad, Slack preferred
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities and contribute to positive team environment
- Authorized to work in the United States; ability to pass e-Verify as applicable
