Job Summary
Cook menu items in large quantities to standards using various cooking techniques; taste all food on the line to ensure it meets specifications; pick up storeroom requisitions as required; perform station checks to ensure all food stations are set up for service; stock kitchen workstations; perform daily back-of-house tasks including opening and closing duties, maintaining sanitation, and proper disposal of cooking oil; comply with Environmental, Health and Safety standards; other duties as assigned by supervisor or senior management. Shift is Summer Seasonal 2026 with full-time hours available; starting wage $18.50/hr + tips. Preferred: high volume cooking; egg cookery is a plus.
