Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in the Intermediate Care Unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Collaborate with interprofessional team to develop and document individualized care plans, monitor patients on telemetry, educate patients and families, promote patient safety and regulatory compliance, and participate in professional development. Role supports a 3-shift schedule (3 x 12-hour shifts), day shift 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with shift differentials and BSN differential; offers a sign-on bonus for external candidates and comprehensive benefits. This is a safety-sensitive nursing role within an acute care hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree or higher

- 3 twelve-hour shifts per week
- Day shift 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Telemetry unit experience not required but preferred
