Job Summary
Support older people to regain independence and improve wellbeing through high-quality, person-centred care within an integrated health and social care team. Deliver professional care and support to adults while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve personal outcomes. Assist with daily activities and monitoring to facilitate recovery and independence. The role requires an SVQ Level 2 in Social Care and SSSC registration, working five 3-hour shifts weekly from 7:45pm to 10:45pm. Candidates must be members of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme. Required Qualifications
- Has experience working as a Social Care Assistant or in a similar care role
- SVQ Level 2 in Social Care
- Experience delivering professional care and support to older adults
- Ability to work effectively within a busy and evolving care environment
- Candidates should be registered with the SSSC or be in the process of registering
- The successful candidate will be required to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG) for Adults
