Job Summary
As an Intermediate Assembler, assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, inspect and test components, troubleshoot assembly issues, collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine procedures, mentor junior assemblers, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a mechanical assembly role
- Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- General computer skills
- Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods
