Job Summary
Intermediate and Senior Digital Product Developers contribute to design, development, integration, and lifecycle management of mission-critical physical security technologies for the Parliamentary Campus. Responsibilities include executing testing and automation plans, supporting deployment, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, drafting and maintaining technical documentation and user adoption materials, and ensuring products meet business outcomes. The Senior Digital Product Developer provides technical leadership, strategic advice, and governance to guide complex digital initiatives, oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of high-complexity physical security systems and integrated IoT/Smart Building products, drives technical decision-making, mentors peers, and aligns with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks. The role requires experience in configuring and supporting enterprise physical security technologies (e.g., access control, video management, screening/scanning, identity management, critical communications, intercoms), developing testing procedures, coordinating deployments and upgrades, and maintaining documentation. Bilingual profile BBB; salary ranges are stated for both Intermediate (ADG-D) and Senior (ADG-C) positions.
