Intermediate Accountant - (Korean Speaking)

Job Summary
Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, group tax summaries, and loan summaries for corporate, family, trust, partnership, and individual clients. Process payroll tax returns, FBT returns, and activity statements while communicating with the ATO regarding payment arrangements, remissions, and extensions. Liaise with clients and external service providers using Xero, XPM, and FYI docs, collaborating closely with intermediate and senior business services accountants. Requires excellent English and Korean speaking and writing skills, a relevant tertiary qualification, and at least one to two years of public practice accounting experience. Intention to complete CA/CPA qualification is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English and Korean speaking & writing skills

- At least 1-2 years of experience in public practice accounting
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic tax compliance, e.g. returns and statements
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess the risks for clients before decision making
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult with peers
