INTERMARCHE - RESPONSABLE DRIVE (H/F)

Manage your drive team through daily planning, training, supervision, and animation. Oversee customer service by tracking orders, preparing them for pickup, ensuring quality reception, handling disputes, and applying Groupement procedures. Monitor key metrics including stock-out rates, sales figures, margins, and preparation times. Ensure product availability, control substitution rates, and maintain e-commerce offer consistency. This role reports to the store director within Intermarché & Netto, the third-largest food distributor in France. Candidates will join a team of 160,000 collaborators across seven stores.
