Job Summary
Manage the entire fresh service sector in the store, overseeing a team of four to develop sales and margins while ensuring optimal shelf filling and minimizing stock breakage. Control labor costs and actively participate in recruitment to build team competencies. Drive revenue growth through competitive offers and maintain strict inventory control to prevent stockouts. Leverage proficiency with reordering tools and digital systems to optimize promotions and shelf stock levels. This 39-hour role includes performance bonuses tied directly to sector results, a 13th-month salary, and a 5% discount on purchases.
