Job Summary
Manage your butcher department as an ambassador for our producers and merchants, cutting, preparing, and selling products while adhering to hygiene standards. Plan production and sales schedules, participate in product selection and ordering, and provide friendly advice to customers. Ensure proper display of goods and maintain a welcoming environment. This role requires a CAP in specialized butchery and is available to men and women.
