Interior Tire Operations Manager

Job Summary

Develop and manage customized tire programs for fleet, mining, construction, oil, and gas clients while serving as the primary point of contact for major accounts. Directly supervise service teams to coordinate installations, rotations, and field schedules, ensuring timely delivery and installation in accordance with contract terms. Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead the sales process for tire products and retreading services. Monitor inventory levels, manage work orders and receivables, and conduct site surveys to assess tire performance and application needs. Provide technical guidance on tire selection and lifecycle costs, organize safety training for client personnel, and maintain accurate records within CRM software.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Company's Driving Policy
  • Ability to pass drug, driving, and background screening
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Technology, Fleet Management, or a related field
  • Five (5) years experience in tire sales, service, fleet operations, or industrial distribution
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience overseeing field technicians, service teams, or client programs in a tire-related environment
  • Experience working with OTR or heavy equipment tires
  • Ability to travel for work-related purposes (up to 25% of the time)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work within a Native Corporation multi-business environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Technology, Fleet Management, or a related field preferred
  • Five (5) years experience in tire sales, service, fleet operations, or industrial distribution preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience overseeing field technicians, service teams, or client programs in a tire-related environment is preferred
  • Experience working with OTR or heavy equipment tires preferred
