Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day interior construction projects by supervising trades such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and finishing while conducting site inspections for progress, quality, and safety. Lead and direct site staff, subcontractors, and laborers through guidance, training, and feedback to foster a collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and quality standards by identifying defects and resolving non-conformities. Implement and enforce site-specific safety protocols, including orientations, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to coordinate material deliveries, storage, and inventory management. Resolve site conflicts, address technical challenges, and maintain accurate records for labor hours, productivity, and cost control. Requires 3+ years of interior construction supervision experience and proficiency in project management software.
