Interior Project Manager

Job Summary
Execute all aspects of the design process and project complexities to ensure efficient execution within scope and budget. Manage project teams, foster collaboration, and provide complete communication to clients and project stakeholders while serving as the primary client liaison. Utilize the Deltek Project Management system to develop work plans, track budgets, and monitor schedule changes. Prepare strategic plans, review documents for compliance, and mentor staff while coordinating resources with Operations. Participate in marketing opportunities, develop client relationships, and manage risks by monitoring technical and client issues. Maintain LEED GA certification and hold a Bachelor's degree in interiors or architecture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or, related discipline required
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- Professional interiors licensure preferred, not required
