Job Summary
Assist in all phases of the design process on a variety of projects, generating creative solutions within functional parameters. Foster partnerships with clients and delivery teams through regular communication while utilizing software to create graphics and presentation materials. Execute coordination of architectural documents, apply knowledge of construction methods, and contribute to the selection of materials and fixtures. Conduct field verification and site visits as needed, while supporting contract administration responsibilities. Maintain awareness of new methodologies, codes, and products throughout the project lifecycle. This full-time, in-office role requires a CIDA-accredited degree, three years of commercial design experience, and Revit proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- This role is an in-office position
- Degree from a CIDA accredited Interior Design program or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in commercial design
- Holds state registration for interior design or process already started
- Display strong design portfolio showing strengths in conceptual design, space planning skills, and detailing
- Revit proficiency and technical excellence
- Professional registration or anticipation of registration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexible attitude
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse project team environment
- Confident presentation ability
- This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role
