Job Summary
Senior Interior Designer at Gensler in Birmingham, UK, responsible for designing and delivering workplace and lifestyle environments, providing technical guidance and solutions, and coordinating across project teams. You will lead multiple projects, manage project lifecycle from kickoff through close-out, conduct site visits, process submittals and RFIs, and support communication between clients, vendors, contractors, and officials. Proficiency in Revit is preferred, and you will apply technical design solutions to meet client and design briefs, while maintaining project manuals and specifications and ensuring quality throughout all project stages. Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 10 years post qualification professional work experience
- Experience in project leadership, excellent client liaison and team management skills
- Proficiency in Revit preferred
- Experience with the full project lifecycle
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills
