Job Summary
The Interior Designer will develop and coordinate detailed design concepts and actively participate in the architectural design process, ensuring adherence to firm standards and overall project goals. The role requires facilitating design efforts, client engagement, and leading marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include reviewing work for compliance, effective communication with project teams, and mentoring staff. Proficiency in BIM, building codes, contract documents, and advanced design software is essential. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and be committed to obtaining LEED GA certification within six months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or related discipline
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
- Professional interiors licensure preferred, not required
- Fluent or advanced proficiency in English
