Job Summary
Conduct client design meetings to guide decision-making and document selections for kitchen, bath, porch, and finished basement projects. Create accurate interior drawings from 3D models and floor plans, including demo plans, electrical plans, finish plans, and elevations. Obtain quotes for materials such as tile, countertops, cabinets, and lighting while maintaining budget and constructability. Attend job site visits to monitor progress and communicate with the renovation team. Coordinate photoshoots for marketing and maintain daily hour logs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
- 1-2 years experience in Kitchen & Bath design and/or construction
- Ability to learn Chief Architect
- Demonstrates command & poise of design and generates client confidence in their decision making
- Plan in place for certifications in NCIDQ (National Council of Interior Design Qualification) and CKBD (Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer)
