Job Summary
Lead the La-Z-Boy In-Home Design program by translating client needs into actionable design concepts, conducting in-home consultations, and strengthening sales teams with design expertise. Develop customized portfolio presentations, coach store and sales teams on design culture and product knowledge, and ensure execution of operational and branding standards. Create finish selections and decor recommendations aligned with client tastes and budgets, manage design projects from concept to delivery, and support management with meetings and special projects. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2-3 years in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis; must be able to work a schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license; proficiency in design software and MS Office; strong communication and customer-service skills.

- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, computer-aided design programs, financial understanding, adept interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service
