Job Summary
Interior Designer III at Perkins&Will Miami Studio responsible for advancing design development, producing construction documents, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and leading design tasks. Requires a professional degree in Interior Design, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit; LEED GA and NCIDQ pursuits encouraged. Responsibilities include executing contract documents (floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, millwork, furniture layouts, finish plans and schedules), developing design concepts, coordinating with clients/teams, researching materials, and contributing to project delivery while maintaining schedule and budget. Proficiencies include BIM, ADA codes, programming, site analysis, 2D/3D production software (Advanced Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper), visualization tools (Enscape, V-Ray), and Adobe/Microsoft Office; preparing for NCIDQ and pursuing related accreditation. Portfolio required for full consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interiors or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience
- Professional degree in Interior Design
- Proficiency in Revit
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire
