Job Summary
Senior Interior Designer leading complex interior environments in senior living, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. Architect the creative direction, steward full project lifecycle from concept through construction administration to final installation, and oversee high-fidelity construction documents, FF&E procurement, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Role emphasizes leadership, client ambassadorship, and mentorship within a fast-paced, collaborative Atlanta studio. Requires 8–15 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit, with NCIDQ preferred. Salary range $85,000–$130,000+ based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 8–15 years of progressive professional experience within a design or architectural firm
- Advanced command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; professional proficiency in Revit is required for project delivery
- Deep knowledge of building codes, materials, and the construction process as it relates to large-scale commercial or institutional projects
- A robust body of work demonstrating successfully completed projects from concept to close-out
- NCIDQ Certification is highly preferred
- Proven experience and a strong professional network within the Atlanta AEC market
- Specific background in high-end senior living, healthcare, or hospitality design
- Demonstrated experience managing small teams and complex project budgets
