Job Summary
Interior Designer I provides technical and administrative support to project teams, producing BIM/Revit and 3D design drawings and models from sketches and project documentation, assisting with interior design development (finish selections, furniture specifications, space planning, layouts, schedules) within Revit and SketchUp, and supporting project delivery and construction administration under supervision. Responsibilities include researching building design, codes, and materials; preparing presentation and marketing materials; coordinating with consultants and clients; and adhering to QA/QC processes while following Lionakis standards. This role offers hybrid work flexibility and salary in the range of $53.5k–$66.8k annually, with DOE, in Sacramento, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent or Associates degree and 2+ years related experience
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficient with BIM/Revit
- Interior design internship experience
- Proficient with SketchUp
- Basic skills in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
