Job Summary
Manage multi-location design projects from concept to execution, delivering standardized layouts across all sites while adhering to strict 48-hour turnaround times. Prepare and review designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp, interpreting blueprints and feasibility reports to ensure ergonomic, safe, and aesthetic outcomes including child-friendly furniture and material selection. Collaborate with franchise-based operations to maintain brand consistency and comply with child safety regulations, infrastructure standards, and fire norms. Create cost-effective designs that incorporate acoustic, lighting, and ventilation principles. Travel for site visits and partner discussions as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 3–4 years of experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or educational projects)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of space utilization and ergonomics
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Travel for site visits and partner discussions as required
