Job Summary

Interior Designer for a hospitality project at a global design firm. Lead and contribute to programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and construction documentation. Create FF&E concepts, color palettes, and lighting schemes; prepare and present design packages; coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies; participate in construction administration including submittals and finish samples, and value engineering to maintain design intent. Requires 5-8 years of interior design experience, a Bachelor's degree (or Master's) in Interior Design or related field, NCIDQ or CID certification, and proficiency in SketchUp and Revit (plus Adobe Creative Suite). Portfolio/work samples are requested for consideration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related field from an accredited program
  • 5-8 years of interior design experience
  • NCIDQ or CID Certification
  • LEED Accreditation a plus
  • Proficient in SketchUp and Revit
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Portfolio and/or work samples submitted in PDF format
