Job Summary

Interior Designer at Gensler in Charlotte leads interior design deliverables including space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program
  • 6-10 years of relevant interior design and interior architecture experience within a commercial design firm
  • NCIDQ certification
  • Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp or other software; experience generating 3D models and digital views
  • Experience designing and delivering Workplace Interiors, Commercial Office Buildings, City and County Government buildings and interiors, and Education spaces (preferred)
  • LEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferred
