Job Summary
Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and detailing specifications while managing scoping, DS, DD, and CD documents with junior staff support. Lead construction administration by responding to RFIs, processing submittals, handling change orders, and coordinating with contractors and clients during site visits. Assist in creating fee proposals, project schedules, and budgets while mentoring junior design personnel. Requires a BS in Design, NCIDQ or CID certification, and 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a Project Manager role. Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Design
- 6+ years of experience at a design firm
- at least 3+ years of experience in a similar Project Manager type role
- High proficiency with CAD/Revit design/production software
