Job Summary
This position is responsible for servicing in-store guests through a selling strategy aligned with the Guest Engagement Model, focusing on Interior Design. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, understanding their design project goals, providing design advice and product recommendations, presenting customized room designs, maintaining product knowledge, processing transactions, completing training, and supporting the store team to achieve revenue targets. Candidates are required to have an associate degree in interior design and 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in interior design or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in customer service
- Vocational certificate in interior design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
