Job Summary
Interior Design Sales Consultant responsible for creating individualized design solutions to sell Ethan Allen products and services. Responsibilities include space planning, fabric coordination, product selection, and overall project design; meeting monthly sales goals in a flexible relationship-based selling environment; conducting home calls and in-home consultations; coordinating with the team to provide exceptional service and timely order status updates; utilizing grassroots marketing and social media platforms and digital tools (CRM, 3-D Room Planner, Storis, Salesfloor) to grow the business; educating customers on complimentary design services and available Ethan Allen finance options; staying current on design trends and building professional relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design-related field from an accredited institution, desirable but not required
- Minimum of one (1) year of practical interior design experience
