Job Summary
Coordinate and direct less experienced staff to develop projects, deliver built projects through construction, and lead portions of interiors client presentations. Create graphic presentations for clients and marketing collateral while ensuring adherence to SERA's graphic standards across team members. Research and coordinate details regarding specific scopes of work, sub consultants, and product vendors to develop details. Perform independent construction contract administration, use building codes to develop floor plans, and select finishes appropriate for the project type. Manage schedules, staffing, and budgets while independently coordinating MEP systems relating to interior work. Handle the health and welfare of the Revit model and develop the BIM Execution Plan. Work independently on all phases of a project with some supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program
- 4-7 years of industry experience in an architect or interiors office
- NCIDQ
- Handle the health and welfare of the Revit model
- Develop, codify, and enforce the BIM Execution Plan on assigned projects
- Experience with Autodesk Revit
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Sketchup
- Knowledge of Bluebeam
