Job Summary
Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services, then own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Provide a luxury experience through product expertise while growing and maintaining a strong client base to ensure fiscal goals are achieved. Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance, supporting visual and quality standards within the Gallery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to assess walk-in clientele needs and exceed expectations. This role requires experience in design firms or high-end retail, proficiency with Mac and Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs while traveling locally or out of state.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to maneuver effectively around Gallery floor, stock room and office
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
- Licensed to drive
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a Design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
