Job Summary
Design Consultants provide luxury service by assessing walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery and partnering with RH Interior Design to meet clients’ design needs; responsibilities include qualifying clients on services, owning the client experience from initial contact to product delivery, growing a strong client base, achieving fiscal goals, representing the RH lifestyle brand through professional appearance and communication, maintaining interest in luxury design, supporting visual and quality standards, and collaborating with teams. Key skills include design expertise in luxury retail or design firms, knowledge of interior design concepts, strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, organization, proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications, physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, ability to travel locally or out of state, and willingness to drive. Location is Toronto, ON, Canada with in-person work expected at the gallery. The role emphasizes a luxury service mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within a Design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design and relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Licensed to drive preferred
- Ability to travel locally or out of state
