Interior Design Consultant

Design Consultants provide luxury service by assessing walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery and partnering with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client design needs. They own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, grow and maintain a strong client base, and ensure fiscal goals are achieved. The role involves representing the RH lifestyle brand through communication, appearance and professionalism, maintaining interest in the luxury design industry, supporting visual and quality standards within the Gallery, and collaborating with design and luxury retail teams. Candidates should have experience in a design firm or luxury retail, a background in Art, Architecture or Interior Design, strong relationship-building skills, strategic and mental agility, high organization, collaborative spirit, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications. The position requires the ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs, maneuver around the Gallery floor and stock room, and travel locally or out of state.
