Interior Design Architectural Technologist

Job Summary
Lead preparation of drawing and specification packages for renovation projects, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and trades. Contribute to site reviews, staging, and installations, and assist with project tracking, quality control, and documentation. Join a fast-paced in-house design team delivering 15–20 projects annually across Canada, with mentorship and opportunities to take on greater responsibility as skills grow. Early-career opportunity to work on drawings, documentation, and coordination, with potential for extension beyond the initial 1-year contract based on performance. Must have a Diploma in Architectural Technology (preferred) and working knowledge of AutoCAD (SketchUp asset).
Required Qualifications
- Architectural Technologist Diploma (preferred)
- 0–3 years of drafting or technologist experience
- Strong technical interest and willingness to develop construction drawing skills
- Interest in commercial or multi-residential design
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during work hours
