Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in the commercial construction field, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency in interpreting construction documents.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience in a superintendent role
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong layout proficiency on complex commercial projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and structural plans
- Demonstrated skill in building and managing project schedules
- Clear, effective communicator across clients, crews, and internal stakeholders
