Job Summary
Lead interior design and fit-out projects from concept development through completion by engaging clients, developing space plans, and delivering design presentations. Prepare project costings, contracts, and fee calculations while coordinating sourcing, procurement, and vendor management activities. Supervise project execution to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve implementation challenges. Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry best practices while preparing project documentation and reports as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a reputable architectural or interior design firm
- Strong knowledge of architectural design, space planning, workplace fit-outs, and project management
- Understanding of engineering and construction principles, including mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D visualization software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration capabilities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
