Job Summary
Lead the interim safety program for Rottneros, overseeing fire protection, Seveso compliance, hazardous materials handling, physical security, and crisis readiness. Drive the systematic safety work to ensure operations meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards while leading development in these areas. Collaborate with authorities and external stakeholders to manage complex industrial environments, balancing strategic oversight with operational execution. Report directly to the CTO at Vallviks Bruk. This role requires immediate availability to support the client during their recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Gedigen erfarenhet av säkerhetsarbete inom industriell verksamhet
- Erfarenhet av brandskydd, Seveso och hantering av brandfarliga varor
- Förmåga att snabbt sätta sig in i komplexa verksamheter och driva utveckling
- Erfarenhet av att samverka med myndigheter och externa intressenter
- Ledarerfarenhet
- Vana att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt
Desired Qualifications
- Erfarenhet från processindustri, massa- och pappersindustri eller annan tillståndspliktig verksamhet
