Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by ensuring crew members deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, managing opening and closing procedures, and acting as Manager on Duty for urgent store needs. Direct staff training on policies and product knowledge while optimizing merchandising to drive sales and control expenses. Handle receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to ensure efficient sales floor placement, including store maintenance tasks like cleaning and restocking. Work a flexible schedule that may include day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel to meet business demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to effectively manage store operations, staff management, customer service, and address urgent issues
- Must be able to oversee daily activities of all store associates
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
