Job Summary
Interim Tax Director to lead the tax function in a senior, hands-on capacity during a transformation period. Oversees tax compliance and advisory matters, manages complex topics such as transfer pricing, M&A, audits, and Pillar Two, and drives strategic tax projects across a multinational environment. Collaborates with Finance, Legal, and Group functions and liaises with external advisors to ensure risk management and business continuity. Requires a senior-tax profile with 15+ years of experience, Big 4/advisory background, and proven leadership in complex, international settings. Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of tax experience
- 10 years of Big 4 or equivalent advisory background
- Experience in large multinational companies with team leadership
- Strong background in corporate tax, transfer pricing, M&A, and complex audits
- Proven experience in managing teams and working with senior stakeholders
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
