Interim Support Lead Part Time

Conduct daily front-end operations, manage cash handling, and oversee store cleanliness while ensuring associates deliver exceptional customer service. Drive sales, control expenses, and maintain inventory through merchandising, stocking, and receiving procedures. Assist with payroll, open/close store protocols, and train staff on high-touch customer service standards. Adhere to all standard operating procedures and hold team members accountable for CSAT goals and key performance metrics. Operate cash registers, process returns and discounts, and perform physical tasks including moving heavy merchandise and ascending ladders. Work part-time hours at a Five Below retail location, supporting the Store Manager and Customer Service Manager in achieving store success.
