Job Summary
Interim Support Lead responsible for overseeing store operations at Five Below, supervising crew, delivering the BEST customer service experience, guiding onboarding and training, driving sales growth, managing opening/closing procedures, and coordinating merchandising and stock flow to ensure a smooth, efficient store environment. Must lead with strong communication, maintain composure under pressure, and adapt schedules to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel as required
