Interim Service (Maintenance) Specialist - Promenade at Newnan Crossing

Performs technical and mechanical work to maintain the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to Capital Square Living’s standards. Handles work orders from residents and conducts preventative maintenance, diagnoses defects, and makes repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements. Prepares vacant units for leasing, procures supplies, and completes maintenance tasks. Maintains grounds and common areas, pressure-washes walkways/pool areas, and assists with routine property inspections to identify safety and risk concerns. Communicates needs to management, stays customer-focused, and maintains a positive, team-oriented attitude in a competitive environment. Work hours are typically Monday-Friday with rotating weekends, and on-call hours apply. Onsite at designated property location with potential exposure to outdoor elements; office setting with outdoor conditions. Highest emphasis on practical maintenance duties and customer service interactions with residents, clients, and team members.
