Interim School Support Manager

Develop, implement, and analyze behavioral support programs to coordinate three-tier intervention systems for middle school students. Manage the rollout of Restorative Justice practices, including Circles and Student Study Team meetings, while guiding restorative conversations between students, parents, and teachers. Ensure individual student action plans are executed and data is gathered on intervention success, including eligibility, passing rates, attendance, and behavior trends. Initiate incentive programs and develop resources such as family toolkits to increase student engagement. Evaluate school-wide intervention effectiveness through data analysis and compliance reporting, while assigning, managing, and developing advisory and safety team members. Serve as the primary contact for external contractors and participate in safety team duties as needed.
