Interim RN Director of Nursing - Long-Term Care

Oversee all nursing services ensuring compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. Lead and develop staff by hiring, training, evaluating, and managing nursing team members while assigning duties. Provide direct support to floor operations to maintain quality care and continuity. Manage department payroll and budgets to maintain fiscal responsibility. Collaborate with physicians and medical directors to develop individualized care plans and ensure accurate documentation. Confirm that the nursing department has necessary supplies and resources. Offer ongoing training to improve staff competencies and resident outcomes. Requires a licensed Registered Nurse in Texas with proven leadership in nursing management and geriatric experience. Lodging, meal allowance, and travel reimbursement provided.
