Interim Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate multiple commercial landscape construction projects from permitting through execution, owning day-to-day coordination of active installs, tracking budgets and schedules, and communicating progress to clients and property managers. Manage permitting with city/county offices, scheduling across trades, and reconciling vendor quotes with site plans. Proactively flag at-risk milestones, propose recovery options, and re-plan when deliveries or inspections change. Excel-driven budget tracking, field data reconciliation, and meticulous documentation to ensure project milestones stay on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
- Contract role with defined end date through October 30, 2026
- Experience coordinating multiple commercial landscape construction projects (permits, scheduling, vendor and material logistics)
- Strong Excel skills for budgeting and cost control (formulas, lookups, conditional sums)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write clear status updates and coordinate with clients and municipal offices
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, vendor lead times, and field realities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills under pressure
