Job Summary

Interim US PeopleOps Partner in NYC (hybrid: 2 days in office) supporting onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration (Justworks), employee relations, policy guidance, and HR operations for the US team. Responsibilities include lifecycle care, total rewards execution, compliance and documentation, mediation and guidance to managers, partnering with the broader People team on learning, performance, and employee lifecycle initiatives, and overseeing NYC office facilities to foster a welcoming workplace. Requires startup/scaleup experience, strong relationship management, organizational skills, payroll/benefits administration with Justworks, employee relations, proficiency with HR tools (Slack, Google Workspace, HiBob, Justworks, Lattice), US employment law knowledge, and openness to AI-enabled workflows.
