Job Summary
Interim Part-Time Support Lead at Five Below responsible for overseeing store operations and customer experience. Responsibilities include training crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing duties, handling cash and security, assisting with receiving and stocking, driving sales, coordinating with store leadership on merchandising, and maintaining store maintenance. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of management experience; strong verbal/written communication, multi-tasking ability, creative thinking, and a flexible schedule including weekends and potential overnight shifts.
