Job Summary
Lead and oversee the London administrative function to ensure high-quality support, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the office. Provide leadership for the UK administrative management team, managing capacity planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce requirements aligned to business needs. Ensure high-quality support for senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, and confidential information handling. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, technology adoption, and automation initiatives while building strong relationships with partners across People, Legal, Facilities, and senior business leaders. Oversee business events, office logistics, and facilities planning while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and managing administrative or operational support teams within a complex, senior stakeholder environment
- Strong people leadership capabilities, including performance management, coaching, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational delivery while managing multiple competing demands
- High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Interest in technology, process optimization, automation, and modern administrative practices
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges
- Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
- Appropriate qualifications such as college education, university degree or equivalent experience commensurate with the role
