Job Summary
Translate annual plans and value propositions into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, and results for specific target groups. Develop creative initiatives that balance effectiveness with creativity while monitoring and reporting weekly and monthly KPIs against commercial goals. Collaborate with strategic marketers, sales, and external partners to structure the process from proposal through execution, ensuring alignment with original objectives. Evaluate ongoing initiatives to drive improvements and leverage new technologies like AI. Work within the Marketing Orchestration team at Drukwerkdeal, an online printer and e-commerce company operating in Deventer and Antwerpen.
Required Qualifications
- HBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld in marketing, communicatie, bedrijfskunde of een commerciële richting
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een allround, acquisitie, tactische of propositiemarketingrol
- Ervaring met het schrijven van marketingplannen en het vertalen van strategie naar concrete campagnes
- Ervaring met multichannel marketingcampagnes
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met KPI's, rapportages en campagne-evaluaties
- Affiniteit met online marketing, performance marketing en CRM
- Beschikbaarheid voor een tijdelijke interimopdracht 28-32 uur van 6 maanden vanwege zwangerschapsverlof
- Startdatum zsm. Loop tm half februari 2027
